Land Surveyor

Location : Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting on-site surveys, measurements, and data collection using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levelling instruments
  • Interpreting survey data and creating detailed maps, plans, and drawings to aid in the design and construction of projects
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of survey data and its integration into project plans
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all survey activities and findings
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the survey team

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proficient in the use of surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levelling instruments
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, mapping, and the interpretation of survey results
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to land surveying

Lifting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing lifting plans to safely and efficiently move materials and equipment on site
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of crane operators, riggers, and other personnel involved in lifting operations
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Providing training and guidance to the team to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of lifting equipment and making recommendations for maintenance or replacement
  • Collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of lifting equipment, rigging, and load-handling techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of crane operators and riggers
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges on the job site
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lift plans

Scaffolding Inspector

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out scaffolding inspection prior to use, after modification, and at regular intervals as required by regulations.
  • Verify that scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling are carried out safely and according to standards.
  • Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and project safety requirements.
  • Identify unsafe practices, issue recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain proper records of inspection, permits, and certifications.
  • Provide guidance and advice to site teams and subcontractors on safe scaffolding practices.
  • Report and escalate non-compliance or hazards to management promptly.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Scaffolding Inspector Level 3 Certificate from JKKP (DOSH) or CIDB.
  • Minimum 3–5 years working experience in scaffolding inspection, erection, dismantling, or related construction activities.
  • Qualified to inspect, certify, and approve scaffolding before use (Green Tag).
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, scaffolding standards, and relevant Malaysian regulations.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and maintain inspection reports, permits, and safety documentation.
  • Physically fit and able to work at height.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Site Admin

Location: Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the site management team
  • Managing and maintaining site records, documents, and correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling site meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the site

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create, manage and maintain various administrative documents
  • Familiarity with construction-related software or systems would be an advantage
  • A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Site Quantity Surveyor

Location: Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for construction project
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential savings and cost-effective solutions
  • Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters to project teams
  • Prepare progress claims and performe site valuation for management and clients
  • Collaborate with project managers and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Proficient in using relevant quantity surveying software and computer applications
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide the successful completion of construction projects
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction crews to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process
  • Collaborating with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes that may arise during the project
  • Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar senior construction role in semicon FAB industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within the specified time, budget, and quality parameters
  • Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and technologies, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Safety & Health Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular site inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures
  • Providing comprehensive safety training and guidance to all site personnel
  • Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and best practices, and advising the organisation accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Safety and Health Officer in the construction industry
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, particularly in the construction sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

Responsibilities:
