Requirements:

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of lifting equipment and making recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
- Collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Thorough understanding of lifting equipment, rigging, and load-handling techniques.

- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of crane operators and riggers.
