Location: Bandar Enstek
Responsibilities:
- Carry out scaffolding inspection prior to use, after modification, and at regular intervals as required by regulations.
- Verify that scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling are carried out safely and according to standards.
- Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and project safety requirements.
- Identify unsafe practices, issue recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records of inspection, permits, and certifications.
- Provide guidance and advice to site teams and subcontractors on safe scaffolding practices.
- Report and escalate non-compliance or hazards to management promptly
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Scaffolding Inspector Level 3 Certificate from JKKP (DOSH) or CIDB.
- Minimum 3–5 years working experience in scaffolding inspection, erection, dismantling, or related construction activities.
- Qualified to inspect, certify, and approve scaffolding before use (Green Tag)
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, scaffolding standards, and relevant Malaysian regulations.
- Ability to prepare, review, and maintain inspection reports, permits, and safety documentation.
- Physically fit and able to work at height.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of OHS policies and programs
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as safety officer In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Diligent with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
- BSc/BA in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred
- Certificate in occupational health and safety
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Solve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates on project progress.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and material procurement.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers to resolve construction challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

- Supervise and oversee daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, reporting any major concerns to the project manager.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce deployment.
- Monitor and manage the use of construction materials and equipment.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents and hazards.
- Assist in scheduling work and managing manpower effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision or construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
